Appointments not confirmed are at risk for cancellation/rescheduling.

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients and clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding tardy and missed appointments.

A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays you may encounter while traveling for your pet’s appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your pet’s appointment start time, a late fee will apply per pet, there may be an extended wait period to be seen, or you may be asked to reschedule for a later date. This process helps ensure that pets arriving on time are seen in a timely manner.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit. If you do not confirm your appointment at least 24 hours ahead, it may be subject to cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: We understand that the primary caretaker of the pet may not be available to come in for the appointment. This is okay. In order for us to provide the best care and recommendations for your pet, we ask that the primary caretaker write or type all concerns and questions for the doctor and send them with the person bringing the pet to the appointment. This allows for all concerns to be addressed properly.
