If you did not attach your pets’ previous records to the Client Registration Form, you may email us any previous medical records for your pet to info@pineridgepetclinic.com. We would also be happy to call your pet’s previous vet clinic to obtain records if that works better for you. Just let us know who we should contact.

Please Note

Once we receive all the above information, the team will review the records, then we will call you to get an appointment scheduled, which at that time a deposit will need to be obtained to hold your appointment and the deposit will go towards your pet’s visit.

If your pet needs to see a veterinarian urgently, please notify us of such so we may direct you further.
