Check-out for our boarding pets is 11:00am, Monday through Saturday. An additional day will be charged for any pets picked up after 11:00am. We also offer Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning or afternoon check-out, for those pets whose boarding charges have been prepaid at check-in.

If your pet is found to be lacking in any of the lodging requirements, you will be notified and may then choose to have the items performed here or by your regular veterinarian. If your pet should have fleas upon arrival, an additional charge will be apply for flea treatment and bath. Puppies aged 7 weeks to 7 months are required to have a bath before they go home.

Alison Forrest, DVM

Veterinarian

As a child she decided that she wanted to help animals. The decision has never been challenged or usurped by any other career path. Dr. Alison Forrest fulfilled this calling in 2006 when she graduated from the University of Georgia. Knowing her own limitations, she then set out and completed an arduous yearlong internship. During that year she worked on being a compassionate, understanding, and skilled veterinarian. She has a strong interest in surgery and emergency medicine. She believes that a doctor never stops learning and never stops improving, therefore she continues to try and be better every day.

As a youth, Dr. Forrest published poetry in a collective anthology. She enjoys peaceful quiet moments. These days, as the owner, she finds herself working most of the time. Mónica Mayol Sabatier, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Mónica Mayol Sabatier is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine. She did a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery rotating internship at Florida Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center in Estero, Fl. She returned to Puerto Rico to be closer to family and accepted a position as Adjunct Professor of the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto Rico where she was trained and practiced for two years as a clinical veterinarian for the Caribbean Primate Research Center. During that time, she also practiced small animal medicine by covering relief work during her time off to stay up to date on companion animal medicine. In 2017 she relocated to Florida and practiced as a relief veterinarian in the North Florida area.

Dr. Mayol recently joined Deltona Animal Medical Center as an Associate Veterinarian and is looking forward to meeting and serving the pets in our community as a full time doctor, which will allow her to form stronger and long lasting bonds with the owners and with her patients. Dr. Mayol loves all her patients, but has a special interest in feline medicine and geriatric pets. She is also a big advocate for owner (and community) education and making sure you are an important part of the health care team of your pet. Dr. Mayol spends her free time mostly visiting family, especially her sister, nephews, grandmother and parents. She lives with her 16 year old Yorkie named Callie, and recently adopted Tesla (aka: Kit Kat) an energetic tuxedo kitten. Dave Craton, DVM

Dr. Dave Craton joined Pine Ridge Pet Clinic in July 2019 as an Associate Veterinarian. He started to work in the veterinary medicine field in 1989 as a Vet tech and continued on and off until 2005 when I went to Vet school (Saint George's School of Veterinary Medicine) where he graduated in 2010. Dr. Craton has undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry. His professional interests include exotics – specifically small mammals, small farm animals, fish, birds, reptiles and amphibians. Dr. Gray has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2009. She began working part time for Pine Ridge Pet Clinic in 2015 and has now joined us full time. Dr. Gray has a passion for small animal medicine and her favorite breed is the French Bulldog.
